Curated Stays is an edit of exceptional, design-led properties from around the world, each personally experienced and approved by the Logan Brae Collection.

Each year, up to five stays are added to the Logan Brae Collection Curated Stays List. Selection is slow and intentional.

Every property is personally experienced and approved by us before inclusion. We only feature stays we would confidently rebook ourselves. Each one reflects strong design, genuine privacy, a clear sense of place, and attention to detail that holds up beyond the photograph.

This is not a directory or a paid placement platform. Inclusion is earned through alignment, atmosphere, and overall experience.

If selected, your property becomes part of a carefully considered collection shared with a design-conscious audience who value memorable, well-executed stays.

Our Curation Standard

Approved Stays are selected against a clear set of principles:

    Design Integrity

    A strong architectural or interior identity. Cohesive materials. Intentional lighting. Considered detail. Not generic.

    Genuine Privacy

    Spaces that feel calm and contained. Outdoor areas that are not overlooked. A stay that allows guests to fully exhale.

    Sense of Place

    A property that belongs to its landscape. Whether coastal, rural or urban, it feels anchored and specific to its setting.

    Detail Obsession

    Bedding quality. Bathroom experience. Coffee setup. Hardware. Joinery. The elements guests live with, not just photograph.

    Consistency of Experience

    A 4.9+ rating benchmark. Strong review history. Clear guest communication. Operational maturity.

Partnership Structure

Curated Stays operate as commercial referral partnerships.

Inclusion requires alignment with our standards and agreement to a transparent, trackable commission structure.

Direct Booking Requirement

Properties included in the Curated Stays List must have:

  • An active direct booking website

  • A functioning booking engine

  • The ability to provide a unique promotional code, or

  • A trackable referral link

  • Approved Stays operate on a 5% commission model.

    Commission is calculated on the total booking revenue generated via:

    • The approved Logan Brae Collection referral link, or

    • The unique promotional code provided to our audience

    Reporting is required monthly, with payment due within 14 days of the reporting period.

  • Shortlisted properties may be required to provide a hosted stay for in-person review.

    Minimum stay guidelines:

    • NSW: 2 nights

    • Other Australian states: 4 nights

    • International: 6 nights, location dependent

    Travel scheduling is subject to availability.

  • If selected, your property will receive:

    • A permanent editorial feature on the Logan Brae Collection website

    • Professionally captured imagery during our stay

    • Social media exposure across our channels

    • Ongoing placement within the Approved collection

    Imagery captured during our stay is created for Logan Brae Collection editorial use.

    Licensing for commercial use, including use across booking platforms, advertising, or third-party marketing, may be arranged separately.
